In this episode, I share with you a little more of my take on “fast food advice.” What I refer to as fast food advice are the short, snappy “quick tips” that pose as being helpful but can do more harm than good. I’m specifically covering 2 common catchphrases I see all the time on social media, and elaborating on the harm, as well as the good (with context) of each statement. My aim with this episode is two fold: to help you rethink what these catchphrases really mean to you so they can help YOU on your journey, and to bring awareness to what we pick up on and generalize in our own messaging (and how that can impact your community).
