Welcome to part one of the Radiant Leadership series that I am running right here on my personal page. For those of you who don't know me, I am Danielle. I'm an Akashic guide, spiritual mentor and intuitive business coach for entrepreneurs who are really here to live outside of not only the societal norms, because I feel like a lot of us, if we're in the entrepreneurial space, we're already there, we're already living outside of the societal norms. But I'm really here to work with the entrepreneurs who are here to be different even from their industry. You know I work with artists and event planners and coaches and all kinds of incredible people across all industries and I'm really here to help those people break the norms of their industry and really become the leader and the trailblazer and build their business from that place of. I make the rules, I am my own industry and really taking back some of that power around how to be successful, what it means to be successful, what success actually is, all of the above and really build their legacy from a place of. So a little bit of context about this series. It was kind of spur of the moment, but I really wanted to bring this to you this week. It just felt so timely with everything going on in the collective and all the energy that I felt really swirling around this week. So what I'm going to be doing is there is no schedule for this. I still have my kids home on summer break and scheduling is just not in the cards for that at the moment. So I'll be popping on sort of at random throughout the next few days at different times of day, so make sure you're catching the replay. If you're not able to be here live, I will be emailing out the replays as well if you are on my email list.

But I really just wanted to drop into a space where we could open up and get some energy moving around new paradigm leadership, around radiant leadership and feminine leadership, and what does that mean, what does that feel like and how can we embody that more deeply? So some days it will be more of a verbal transmission. Some days we will go into the Akashic Records and I'll take you on a bit of a guided journey or a timeline activation or whatever wants to come through at any given time. I'm really just letting this be what it's meant to be and letting it be channeled. I will be keeping these as short as possible to keep them potent, to respect your time and to also make it super easy to catch replays if you do miss the live. There's nothing worse than hopping on a live and then feeling like you're held captive for an hour. So I'm not going to be doing that. We'll aim to keep these sort of 20 minutes or less and, without further ado, we will dive right into it.

I will say that all of the themes that are coming through throughout this week in this activation like these are all things that are core pillars of the work that I do with clients, the work that we'll be doing in the Liberated Legacy Mastermind. So today I wanted to talk about the new paradigm of leadership and what that actually means and start to conceptualize it, because I feel like new paradigm, even leadership. There's a lot of buzzwords going on in the industry, in the online space, in the business coaching world that create this confusion around what does that actually mean? And there are a lot of really high profile mentors out there who also use these buzzwords. And then you get into a program and this is speaking from personal experience you get into a program and you're basically receiving the same tactics and advice and how to and like mental knowledge that you would have gotten in your average like bro marketing course. But you're getting it with like this mask of spirituality over top right, like this filter of spirituality over top, and I think if you're here, like you know that the new paradigm is calling you into a new way of being. It's calling you into a new way of actually leading your life and to me, that includes not seeking a mentor for the answers, not seeking a course or a book or knowledge for the answers, but rather for the inspiration, rather for the space of, I mean, in mentorship.

Speaker 1:

I think it's so important for a sole lead leader, for a new paradigm leader, to really be in a space where they are held and received so fully in their own genius, in their own ideas, in their own creativity, in their own flow, so that they can really develop those ideas right. I believe that in order to be wildly successful in the new paradigm of business, in the new paradigm of how we're being called to do things, it really requires you to be self-led and to get yourself into rooms and containers and mentorship where you're really held in that and that might look like going back and forth on. How can we develop this idea further, how can we expand on this idea, how can we get you even more excited for this idea? Or sometimes it's simply space holding, listening and validating the idea that, yes, this absolutely can work. And there's some serious magic in that form of mentorship, in that form of space holding, that you don't see when you are hiring somebody because they're promising you a monetary result or because they're successful and so you need them to teach you how to be successful, right?

Speaker 1:

Because again, like circling back to what I said at the very beginning of this video, we are entering a space where it's like well, what does success actually mean and I've watched this even transform over the last five or so years where people who were striving and seeking you know, these high cash months or these you know fancy vacations or these new handbags, or I'm picking on the really easy examples here but where people who were seeking these things and striving for these things now they're looking for chickens I just saw Jess pop on here, so she's gonna be laughing at that but now they are. They're looking for like I want a homestead, I want land, I want whatever. Or maybe that's not you, but maybe it's something different where you really want to reclaim that time, freedom, you really want to be more present for your kids, and maybe you've even oh good comments are working, I guess you know. Maybe you just want to have that freedom, that flexibility, maybe you're craving just deeper connection with the people that you love, or the ability to take a full month off and not have it tank your income, whatever that is like.

Speaker 1:

Success is shifting and we're we're desiring to create more space in our own lives, and I think that that is such an important thing to realize is like we're no longer intrinsically motivated by the external. We're no longer motivated by like what can I get? What can I achieve? We're really motivated by, like, what actually lights me up. You know, I have spent entirely too many hours over the last week making salsa, in part because of kid interruptions, in part because I'm doing it alone and it's kind of clunky and I don't have my systems down quite right because I'm still pretty new to canning. But I've spent the last week dedicating so many hours to filling our pantry with fucking salsa, you guys, and that, to me, is a part of the legacy.

Speaker 1:

That, to me, is a part of the freedom where it's like I can do that and have time to love my kids and be there for them and also show up in my business. I'm in the middle of a fucking launch. I'm in the last week of a launch where things are really ramping up, the energy is starting to get quite intense and like closing up and all of that, and that, to me, is part of the legacy. That, to me, is part of that freedom, and so we're more motivated. We're shifting into the space where we're more motivated by that, by what does this lifestyle get to give to me? What does my business get to give to me? And it has so much more meaning than the cash value of I'm making 50k months. You know, that's really where that becomes the byproduct of doing what we're here to do.

Speaker 1:

But in order to do that, we need to trust ourselves so fully and completely so that we're not subscribing to some other coaches hustle and grind, bullshit mentality of you need to be on all the time. You need to put in the grunt work. You need to be doing this leg work. You need to be doing this thing every day. You know I've had mentors tell me that well, until you're making 10k months, until you're making 50k months, you need to be putting in this many hours and then you can outsource and then whatever right.

Speaker 1:

And what I've realized is that a lot of the work that I was putting in when I was learning from those mentors and when I was kind of absorbing and subscribing to that belief system, wasn't even moving the needle anyway. And not only that, but every action that I was taking along the way was off. It was off, it was energetically out of alignment. It was coming from a place of they told me to do this, this is the path forward, and like outsourcing my power to mentorship and it was actually creating just this like off kilter energy for me that stunted my growth for years, years. I have people coming into my inbox who have been in my world for a while and every six months or so they're like what the fuck changed? What's happened? And really the only thing that's changed over the last, I would say, year and a half is that I stopped subscribing. I stopped hiring mentors who were telling me what to do and I stopped subscribing to these beliefs that are shared across the industry, across every business coach, and, you know, everywhere.

Speaker 1:

Like we see it, it's do this, don't do this. This is how you market, this is whatever. This is sales psychology and it's like is some of that information valuable? Of course, but when we really like constrict ourselves and contort ourselves to fit into that, we throw ourselves off, and this is because we're dropping into the how. It's like you say you want this, okay, I want 50k months, cool. Now your brain immediately goes to how, how can I do that this month? And that's when you go. You seek the information. You fall prey to some of these narratives of you know download my freebie or attend my masterclass. This is how you do it. Step into my mastermind. This is how you do it, I'll show you, I'll walk you through it.

Speaker 1:

And again, if those actions aren't in alignment, if those actions aren't working for the way that your energy is meant to operate, you're still going to be holding yourself back. Yes, but then when the mentorship of them telling you what to do is over, it's like okay, how do I continue this? Yeah, that too, and and or. I've seen it, and I've seen this in myself and I've seen this even in the people that I have hired as mentors, when they're like getting that trickle down advice from their mentors, and then it's like sort of coming down, right, it comes into this place of like now they're out of alignment and even the advice that they're giving their people is out of alignment, based on what somebody said, who is more successful than them. And that's where we're really here to dissolve the hierarchy and to really discern and decide, like, what is success to me? How does it feel to me? What does it allow me to do? And, most importantly, am I really willing to dig deep into the faith and trust that the actions that I'm being called to do, even when they make no sense, even when they feel like maybe I'm not, you know all in the way that certain coaches would consider all in. You know, it's not about seeking that external validation, it's really dropping into. Can I trust that I am following my inner guidance and do I trust that my inner guidance is good enough to get me to where I want to go? And it's in that vortex of energy that you know, of course I work in the Akashic Records and we clear out a lot of the shit that holds on to that like sort of forcing energy or that. How do I do it? Energy and we really do allow your body and your energy to start to relax into it and really trust it.

Speaker 1:

But in that process I've watched my clients triple their income for the year in the span of our six months mastermind. I have watched them book themselves out. I have watched them sustain and maintain their income through an entire month off of, off of work with their kids. Right, like these results that don't necessarily make sense or when you don't have a plan. You know my client going into her month off. She could have said, okay, I'm taking a month off. How am I going to structure and strategize my business over the next month so that I maintain my sales? She didn't do that. She enjoyed her time with her kids and her energy was magnetic enough and she was relaxed enough. She wasn't gripping onto oh my God, my income is going to drop, right. She was relaxed enough that it just came in. It just got to come in. She got to really reap the benefits and harvest what she had been growing this whole time.

Speaker 1:

Hi Monica, how's it going? So it's so much bigger picture, right, like when we're stuck in this gripping energy. We're in this like short-sighted, you know, month by month. Or how am I going to make my goal this month? How, how, how right Misalignment, rather than staying open, allowing yourself to relax, knowing that you've been doing this work for months and months and months, if not years, at this point. You've been planting those seeds, you've been warming up your audience, you've been doing all the things. So when are we going to let that be good enough and just stay open to receiving when we do take that time off?

Speaker 1:

And it's the same thing with my client who tripled her income. It was like she turned down something that was not right for her. It didn't work out, it didn't pan out and instead of, you know, kicking herself for losing a five-figure income off of that project. She just said it wasn't meant to be, it didn't feel right. And then she had a bunch more come in that were so much more aligned that she was so much more excited for. And it's really that holistic energy. It's not just about the fact that she tripled her income. It's about the fact that it was with aligned people because she let go of something that didn't feel quite right. She could have gripped onto the money she could have gripped onto I should be doing this or I should be taking this contract because of XYZ and instead she was able to relax into her leadership, into what do I want and what actually fuels me.

Speaker 1:

Because here's the thing about sustainable legacy, which is really, if your legacy is not sustainable, it's not a legacy. But with that sustainability, we need to make sure that we're not resenting our business and taking on clients that make us want to poke our eyeballs out right, like we need to be operating from that place where we love and adore the people in our world so fully that it fuels us, that it keeps us moving forward. Those are the people that are gonna get the best results with us, just energetically, point blank, period. And they're also the people that are gonna keep us going on the path, because there's no denying that there are moments where it's fucking hard.

Speaker 1:

So I don't even remember what I titled this video, honestly, but I really want you to like sit with and think of, like, where am I doing things that make me kind of resent my business? Where are things kind of heavy right now? Where are they feeling sticky right now? What if I were to do ten times more client volume or ten times more revenue volume? What pieces of this wouldn't be sustainable or wouldn't stick around? What would I not want to be doing anymore? And really look at those places, because those are often the places where we're doing things out of obligation energy. We're doing things because somebody else planted that seed in our minds that we need to do this to be successful. We need to do this to build a thriving business, to make a certain income level, and it's bullshit.

Speaker 1:

And so my work in this world, my work through the liberated legacy mastermind, my work with my private clients it is all centered around really coming back to believing so fully and so unwaveringly that's not a word, but we're gonna roll with it that your inner guidance is going to point you in the right direction, that your inner guidance is what shifts things, what moves mountains for you and what really opens you up on that deeper level to be fully supported in this lifetime. And I have had to have that proven to me time and time and time again. My clients have had to have that proven to them and gotten to have that proven to them over and over and over again. But it's the truth, when you are really just that person and you know if you're that person, like, let's be real, you know if you're that person that's just like fuck, nothing I've been told to do feels good and whether that is stunting you, you know on your way to 10k months whether that is stunting you. On your way to 50k months, whether you're looking at your first seven figure year, it doesn't fucking matter. Where you're at on this journey Again dissolving that hierarchy, there are spaces where you are being called more deeply into why am I really here? What does success really mean to me and what is not feeling good and does not have space in my life, in my business anymore? What is killing my energy? What is killing my magnetism? What is killing my willingness to receive right now, because we don't want more of what doesn't feel good, and when you're tuned into that like that's really your compass, okay, I think I'm gonna leave it at that. That feels fairly complete for today.
